Protective improves Online App
Effective immediately, Protective has made major improvements to their online drop-ticket process.
Important: These new-and-improved features are only available if you access the platform by (1) running a quote using our term quote, either here on cfg4u.com or downloading our mobile app, or by (2) logging into Protective's website at www.myprotective.com.
- Saved Cases: You now have the ability to start an online drop-ticket, exit the system and come back later to finish the case. You no longer have to start over!
- Product Submission: The same new-and-improved drop-ticket platform is now available for all Protective products.
- Demo Test Mode: Once logged into Protective's system, there is now a Test Application Mode where you can enter a "test" case but not submit it. This is a great way to get familiar with the platform before submitting a real case.
- Interview Scheduler: Before completing and submitting the online drop-ticket, you can now schedule the day and time for the telephone interview call between Protective and your client, based on your client's schedule. This pro-active schedule feature saves days on the case turn-around.
